Profacilitysource.com is a recent build with highly advanced functionality and coding complexity. The site's goal is to sell and install sports facilities of many varieties- schools, gyms, parks etc.

Planning always comes up as the first item on any site development agenda. What are the pages? What are the functionalities? How does the site flow? What does it look like?

When the plans were hatched, we proceeded to deliver 2 different home page design concepts from 2 different designers as images designed in Adobe Photoshop. More than one designer results by default in more than one design concept to choose from.

The website can be best viewed as a shopping cart within a shopping cart. The root purpose is facilitation of assembly of sports facilities from multiple different components and providers. The primary cart allows site users to build their own facility project online. As there are multiple providers based all over the country, a cart can actually be populated with, for example, Astroturf from Iowa, goals from New York, barriers from Michigan, and so on. The entire purchase can be delivered to the designated location- the installers have everything the need to hand once all deliveries are made.

Taxes,shipping costs are calculated- state to state via a couple of key 3rd party providers integrated by API. Shipping is handled via 3rd party also.
